All prices are in US dollars.

All Orders will be shipped by UPS Ground under normal circumstances unless arrangements are requested differently by the customer. 

Other options include shipped using next day Air delivery – LTL ground service, using various logistical companies such as UPS, FedEx and other local freight companies. 

FLAT Rate Shipping- applies to Ground UPS Shipments ONLY .  Freight will be applied for any other shipping methods requested by the Customer.

FLAT Rate Shipping apply for orders up to $800.00 (some restrictions apply).
Exceptions Include: Heavy products such as e.g.- Banner materials, Magnetic rolls, Media over 54"wide (e.g.- Fabric rolls) . SHIPPING will be charged.

FREE UPS Shipping – on Orders  over US  $ 401.00 to US  $ 799.99

FREE Shipping – uses Ground UPS Shipments ONLY .

US  $19.99 – on orders  US  $ 150.00 to US  $ 400.00

FREE UPS Shipping – on Orders  over US  $ 401.00 to US  $ 799.99

Customer requesting special shipping requirements will be charged Regular courier or LTL pricing.

e.g.  - Direct, Rush, Air Shipments & LTL are subject to Regular Freight Charges.

All Graphic Supplies USA. - Return Policy

All returns must be requested in the 30 days following the invoicing day. Any return has to be authorized by an AGS employee, and must be identified with the RTN number. The product has to be received by AGS in the 7 days following the creation of the RTN number. Items returned without an RTN number will not be accepted. 

Defective product: The customer has to provide proof of the defect with the returned product. If the customer doesn’t provide a proof of defect, AGS will consider the return as a customer’s error. AGS will only NOT refund the defective material and will not cover any other expenses or charges. 

Shipping charges: The shipping charges for returning the product to AGS will be by Customer if returned without a RTN number. After a RTN is issued, AGS will organize UPS to collect the defective good at the customer’s place using UPS Ground and will ship a replacement with the same shipping method as the original invoice. 

Refundable Amount: Based on the product received. The refund will be based on the ratio of product returned. Printed material will be included in this calculation (weight calculation). No restocking fees are applied to return for defective product.

Credit: Credit will be issued only after confirmation of the defect and calculation of the amount received (if applicable). 

Error by All Graphic Supplies

Shipping charges: The shipping charges for returning the product to AGS and to re-ship a new product will be paid by AGS. AGS will organize UPS to collect the wrong product at the customer’s place using UPS Ground and will ship a replacement with the same shipping method as the original invoice.

Refundable Amount: Based on the product received. Full refund. No restocking fees applied.

Credit: Credit will be issued only after reception of the goods and confirmation that it matches the return. 

Customer Errors
Shipping Charges: The customer will have to pay for shipping back the product to AGS.

Refundable Amount: Based on the product received. Amount of product received at AGS in sellable condition ( All items will be weight calculated ). 

Restocking Fees: 
If the product is not open and in sellable condition: 35% Restocking Fees will apply.
If at Item is Opened, Used or Damaged in any way and used least 50% of the product is used – NO REFUND.
If less than 50% of the product is received in any condition: NO REFUND will be issued.

Credit: Credit will be issued only after reception of goods and verification of the amount return. 

Exceptions: Software must be returned unopened in its original packaging. Ink cartridges must be returned in their sealed original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

There are products we offer that are not returnable; Please be aware of this when placing your order. 
• Items that are heavy or large (items that ship by freight) may NOT be returned (items such as banner may not be returned. If they are defective, you will either receive a replacement or it will be repaired but we do not accept returns on items that ship by freight). 
• Items that were Invoiced & Received by the customer more than 30 days ago.
• Items that were NOT shipped by a Standard Carrier (examples of standard carriers are UPS, FedEx, or USPS) may NOT be returned. 
• Items that are "special ordered/quoted" cannot be canceled or returned. • These items must be also paid for in advance (non-listed and quoted items that do not have prices listed on our web pages and/or items that you received a special quote on - are considered special order items and may not be returned).
• Items stated as non-returnable on the page from which they are ordered. ( Clearance, Final Sale or Special Orders)
• Items that have been installed.
• Items that are electrical or electronic in nature, such as printer parts, cables, circuit boards etc.
• Special orders with "Match-to-Color" items.
• Items that are not brand new and/or missing any of the manufacturer's packaging.
• Items that have been specially manufactured for your order, e.g. tables,  accessories etc.
• Items that have been cut-to-order such as cut vinyl, wrap vinyl’s, fabrics or part rolls of printable media.
• Items that have a shelf-life such as, inks, cut vinyl, wrap vinyl’s etc.

PRICING:  Important  Notice. Prices are subject to change without notice or obligation.All orders are billed at prices currently in effect on the shipping date. Price changes take place when there is a price change from the manufacturer or currency changes.

QUOTES: Are valid for 30 days only from date of quote. N.B. Customers need to verify that the items quoted are correct & for their intended use. All Graphic Supplies in no way takes responsibility for items used in a manufactured or design scenario.

PRODUCTS: Important Notice. All items purchased should be tested & approved by the purchaser to verify that it is the right materials suitable for their application. All Graphic Supplies in no way takes responsibility for items used in a manufactured or design scenario. All Graphic Supplies do not warranty or suggest its products – Only those from the stated by manufacture warranty sheets to be free of defects in materials and manufacture and to perform as stated in published product technical information bulletins, processed and applied. All Graphic Supplies will, at its discretion for all its product lines that do not meet specified effective performance life, issue credit for the purchase price of the material after examination by manufacture. The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for intended use in their application, manufacturing processes and where materials will be applied. 

All Graphic Supplies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty is declared in lieu of any other claim, whether expressed or implied and is not subject to interpretation. In no event will All Graphic Supplies be responsible for labor, consequential or incidental damages of any kind. Samples must be sub­mitted to All Graphic Supplies for approved laboratory testing by manufacture to verify any claims against the stated material warranty. Surfaces to which materials are applied are not covered under this warranty. Direct replacement material will be authorized on a case-by-case basis only and an individual failure shall not be construed as an indication of failure for the entire vinyl graphic package.

Published outdoor durability specifications for Items sold represent the expected performance. Weather conditions affecting failure will NOT be covered under any circumstances.
